Accountability With Purpose
Recognizing that every contact is an opportunity
to influence positive change.

Join us for an impactful gathering of individuals and organizations committed to shaping a more effective and equitable corrections landscape. Centered on the theme of Accountability With Purpose, this year's conference will highlight the critical role of intentional engagement, professional accountability, and evidence-based practices in promoting positive outcomes for individuals, communities, and the justice system.

MCA's Annual Fall Training Institute provides ongoing learning workshops, training sessions, networking opportunities, and community resources. The event attracts professionals from all areas of the corrections field as a time to collaborate for a better future for criminal justice reform.

Our conference is designed for corrections officers, administrators, policymakers, advocates, mental health experts, educators, and community leaders who are committed to fostering a system that serves communities, rehabilitates individuals, and promotes a fair and balanced approach to justice.

Through keynote addresses, informative workshops, and dynamic panels, attendees will gain insights into empowering individuals and institutions to foster safer, fairer, and more rehabilitative environments.
