Workshop Description

This presentation will help monitoring authorities and corrections professionals gain a better understanding of the Ignition Interlock process in the state of Minnesota. Our team of experts will walk attendees through the interlock process, by providing information relating to the overall customer experience throughout their requirement. On the other side of the coin, we will examine ignition interlock device reporting and what monitors experience while monitoring a client who has a device installed. Additionally, we’ll review current and emerging legislation impacting the industry, more specifically, Minnesota’s House File 63, which was enacted on June 30th, 2021.
