This section of the workshop will include the topics of Estate Planning and Health Care Directives. Many assume decisions are easy and things will just fall right into place if you become incapacitated or pass away. The information provided here will open your eyes to the complexity of said topics. You will be provided the opportunity to fill out a Health Care Directive and a Statutory Short Form Power of Attorney.
